I stayed for 6 nights in a Superior Twin Room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, directly connected to a shopping mall. Breakfast had a great variety of options. The pool was well maintained. 😊

I truly enjoyed my stay at One World Hotel. The spacious lobby was elegantly decorated, offering a warm and welcoming ambiance. The easy accessibility throughout the hotel made it very comfortable for seniors like me to navigate.

In-room dining service could be better organized.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit the indoor surfing at 1 Utama and caught a movie at GSC. The breakfast was a highlight, and the staff was mostly friendly. Just a heads up, it really helps to clarify payment details at check-in to avoid confusion.

Amazing hospitality and breakfast!

I had a wonderful stay in a Junior Suite for two nights. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like part of the family, especially Kavi and Biana. The breakfast is a standout, featuring fresh Apom and a variety of local dishes. However, they could improve the organization of the in-room dining service.

Spacious room, comfy bed, with cold air conditioning and hot showers. A very convenient location just a short walk of around 200 meters to the MRT and easy access to dining options at a nearby mall.

Had a lovely time here. The breakfast was seriously top-notch! So many choices, I couldn't even try them all. Also, the staff was super nice, especially Tina at the front desk—totally made me feel welcome. Just a heads up, though, the pool area could use a lil' more love. it was kinda slippery around there.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a spa & wellness center, and a lovely poolside snack bar. I remember on my first visit, the staff helped me find my lost barrette. Highly recommend!

The Executive Twin Room was quite spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice and soft, making it easy to relax after a long day. There were no major issues, but I did notice the mattress could have been a bit more supportive. It had some nice amenities, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a good layout. Overall, a pleasing room experience!
